That can mean selecting and implementing existing apps, tailoring apps or AI tools, or improving management workflows, bonus systems, inventory, administration and advertising processes. The tools follow the business need—not the other way around.
From your first business plan to day-to-day operations and your online store, choose the support you need. Bespoke audits and implementation projects are scoped and quoted after review; software subscriptions, advertising spend and other third-party costs are agreed separately.
Practical support, clear introductory pricing
Operations audit and prioritised roadmap A$750; app / AI workflow setup A$1,100; simple tailored internal tools from A$2,750. Advertising review A$330, setup A$660 and management A$550 per month. Ongoing operations support A$330 per month for two hours total. All prices in this paragraph include GST.
Each package has defined deliverables and time limits. Third-party costs and advertising spend are extra. Monthly services are agreed one month at a time, with no automatic renewal. The existing A$99 first-month consultation offer remains separate.

Refresh or remake your Shopify store
Choose a focused store improvement or a full Shopify makeover. A full makeover can cover store structure, visual design, navigation, product and collection pages, mobile usability and agreed app integrations, with review and handover. The scope, deliverables, price and timing are agreed after reviewing your store.
Focused improvement: diagnostic A$385 including GST; optional implementation A$440 including GST; both stages A$825 including GST. Full Shopify makeover: from A$3,300 including GST, with a final scope and quote after review—not included in the focused-improvement price.

Review your processes, tools and business flow to identify bottlenecks, repeated manual work and avoidable time or cost.
2. Prioritise
Build an action plan around impact, effort, cost and what your business needs first. Agree the scope and quote before implementation.
3. Implement
Put the agreed improvements into practice: configure suitable apps, tailor tools and workflows, or deliver your scoped Shopify makeover.
4. Review and support
Review what changed, help your team use it and agree any further support. Savings, funding, sales and commercial outcomes are not guaranteed.
