Effective 23 October 2026. These terms apply to new work agreed from this date. They do not retrospectively change an existing agreement.

MyBusinessPlan is operated by Matthew Charles Lawson, sole trader, ABN 31 794 513 067. For questions, changes or concerns, please contact us.
Scope, timing and revisions
Before payment, we will agree in writing on your deliverables, included revision rounds, timetable, total price and any deposit or balance due. Please provide the information and feedback needed for the work. If missing information or requested changes affect delivery, we will agree an updated timetable with you. Additional work will be quoted separately and will not begin without your agreement.
Payment
Prices are in Australian dollars, including GST where stated. Please use the payment form only after your scope and payment amount have been confirmed. The Enterprise Plan is A$1,399 including GST, with a 50% deposit of A$699.50. Pitch Deck Only is A$297 including GST, payable in full. Your written agreement will state when any remaining balance is due. Other services are charged at their agreed quoted price.
First-month support
A$99 including GST covers two hours of support in total during the first month, starting on a date agreed with you. Consultation calls and email support share that allowance. Unused time expires at the end of that month. This is a one-time payment with no automatic renewal. Additional work is quoted separately before it begins. Support timing is agreed with you; there is no guaranteed 48-hour turnaround.
Cancellation and refunds
If you cancel before work starts, we will refund your payment in full. If you cancel after work starts, we will account fairly for agreed work already completed and refund the unused portion of your payment. We will explain that calculation and will not charge for unapproved extra work. This arrangement does not limit your remedies under Australian Consumer Law.
Your documents and reusable materials
Once paid in full, you own the custom final documents we create for your project. We retain our pre-existing templates, methods and reusable materials; you receive a continuing licence to use our materials incorporated in your final documents for your business. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable licences; we do not transfer ownership of those materials. Please ensure you have permission to supply any third-party content for your project.
Outcomes and your rights
Plans and projections depend on the information and assumptions used. We do not promise funding approval, investment, sales or a particular financial result. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If something is wrong with the service, contact us so we can assess the issue and discuss an appropriate remedy.
