Which service should I choose?

What should I prepare?

A short description of your business, your products or services, who your customers are and what you want to achieve. Any existing plan, relevant figures and the assumptions behind them can also help. Start with what you have; use your enquiry to explain what’s missing. Don’t send passwords or customer data.

What is included in a business-plan package?

Each package has its own scope. Read its service page for the stated deliverables, then raise any questions before purchasing. Don’t assume that a feature from another package is included.

Does a business plan guarantee funding or sales?

No. A plan can help explain your business and support decisions, but it cannot guarantee funding, investment, approval or sales. Forecasts depend on their assumptions and actual results may differ.

Is Shopify Store Improvements a website rebuild?

No. It focuses on one shopping-path problem in an existing Shopify store. The diagnostic provides findings and priorities. Optional implementation is limited to up to two agreed, low-risk changes available in the existing theme editor. It does not include custom code, custom apps, checkout or payment changes, inventory, security or tracking changes.

Do I have to buy Shopify implementation after the diagnostic?

No. The diagnostic stands alone. Any suitable implementation is a separate, optional stage with the exact scope agreed before work starts. See the Shopify service page for current pricing and full scope.

How do I ask about timing or a special requirement?

Use the contact page to describe what you need and any important date. Ask for confirmation that the relevant service and timing fit your project rather than assuming an additional requirement is included.
